Judith Vassall came over on the "Blessing" and on 8 April 1640 married Resolved White, of the first Mayflower Company, at Scituate or Marshfield, Massachusetts. In 1640 a grant of 100 acres of marsh and upland on the southeast side of Belle House Neck was made to W hite by order of the court. They resided on this tract until 1662, the year of the sale of the Vassall estate, and then they removed to Marshfield, near his brother Peregrin on the South River.

Between 1642 and 1656 she bore 8 children. Their names were: William, John, Samuel, Resolved, Anna, Elizabeth, Josiah and Susannah.

When Judith died her body was interred on 3 April 1670 at Marshfield, Massachusetts.
